ADF Transition Financial Advice
Transitioning from ADF service comes with several unique financial challenges and hurdles. That’s why the ADF Transition Program will provide limited funding towards receiving financial advice for ADF members who are about to or have transitioned within the past 24 months.
What is an ADF Transition meeting?
With years of experience assisting veterans with their finances, APEX is proud to provide specialised financial advice services to support ADF members through the transition process.
An ADF Transitions meeting involves a general advice meeting with a licensed financial adviser to gain a clear understanding of your personal circumstances and provide personalised general advice relevant to your transition from Defence. During the meeting, advisers explain how DVA, CSC and other entitlements interact, helping you understand and make the most of the financial support available to you.

How do I know if I am eligible for Transition funding?
You will be eligible for ADF Transitions funding if you have either:
Received a future discharge date
or
Have discharged within the last 2 years
How do I get an appointment?
Organising an appointment can be done in 4 easy steps:
1. Submit your details below or give us a call and provide them over the phone.
2. Receive a quote from us and pass this onto your service connect for approval.
3. Once you have received approval, give us a call to organise your invoice and appointment.
4. Your invoice will need to be sent through to your service connect, just like your quote and they will handle the rest!
